Voor velen moet de zomervakantie waarschijnlijk nog beginnen. Maar voor de spelers van FC Groningen zit het er al bijna weer op! Aanstaande zondag 23 juni staat namelijk alweer de eerste training van het nieuwe seizoen op het programma.
Zondagmiddag op Sportpark De Koepel in Haren begint de voorbereiding op het seizoen 2013/2014. Om 14.30 uur zal de selectie onder leiding van het nieuwe trainersduo Erwin van de Looi en Dick Lukkien de eerste training van het nieuwe seizoen afwerken. En om het seizoen feestelijk te beginnen is er van alles en nog wat rondom deze training georganiseerd. Zo zijn er diverse stands, Groby is aanwezig en bij aanvang van de training zullen alle spelers aan het aanwezige publiek worden voorgesteld. Kortom, een mooi begin van het nieuwe voetbalseizoen!
Naast veel trainen moet er ook veel geoefend worden voordat de spelers klaar zijn voor de start van de Eredivisie. Het oefenprogramma ziet er als volgt uit:
