Morgen staat er op Corpus den Hoorn slechts een thuiswedstrijd op het programma. FC Groningen/Cambuur A1 neemt het op tegen Feyenoord/Excelsior A1. De overige teams komen buitenshuis in actie.
Wedstrijd van de Week: FC Groningen/Cambuur A1 v Feyenoord/Excelsior A1 Na de afgelasting van vorige week speelt de ploeg van trainer Paul Raveneau dit jaar voor de laatste keer een thuiswedstrijd. De laatste, en tevens enige, keer dat op Corpus den Hoorn een wedstrijd werd gewonnen was op 1 oktober toen NAC Breda A1 met 2-1 werd verslagen. Daarna volgden drie verliespartijen die allen met 0-1 gingen verloren. Het scoren gaat dus moeizaam en dat is jammer aangezien FCG in de meeste wedstrijden zeker niet de mindere was. Momenteel staat groenwit op een dertiende plaats in de Nike Eredivisie. Aan het eind van de rit zou dat promotie/degradatie wedstrijden betekenen. Maar zo ver is het nog lang niet. Eerst wacht Feyenoord/Excelsior A1 en dat is op voorhand niet gemakkelijk. De Rotterdammers staan tweede en zijn nog ongeslagen. Kortom: een interessant duel. Overige wedstrijden FCG B1 is in vorm en won de laatste drie duels met grote cijfers. Inmiddels heeft de ploeg zes punten voorsprong op de naaste belager. Almere City FC B1 staat op een bescheiden achtste plaats. FCG C1 gaat in Amsterdam op bezoek bij Zeeburgia C1. Op Corpus werd eerder dit seizoen met 2-0 gewonnen. Op de ranglijst hebben de mannen van trainer Rick Mulder dertien punten meer. FCG C3 speelt in Doetinchem haar laatste wedstrijd in de najaarscompetitie. Op Skoatterwald staat het altijd interessante affiche tussen H’veen/Emmen D1 en FCG D1 op het programma. H’veen staat hoger maar op Corpus werd het eerder 3-0 voor de ploeg van trainer Hugo. FCG D3 begint de terugronde met een duel in en tegen Urk. Op de openingsdag won FCG na een 0-2 achterstand uiteindelijk nog ruim met 8-3.
