Al jaren organiseert FC Groningen voetbalkampen op het bosrijke sportcomplex van vv GOMOS in Norg. Ook dit jaar houdt de Trots van het Noorden weer twee voetbalweken. Ditmaal gestoken in een nieuw jasje.
Tijdens deze editie van het FC Groningen Voetbalkamp wordt nog meer de focus en nadruk gelegd op de kwaliteit van de trainingen. Ruim 160 jongens en meiden hebben zich inmiddels aangemeld en daarmee is maximaal aantal deelnemers bereikt. Het is voor belangstellenden niet meer mogelijk zich aan te melden voor één van de voetbalweken. Selectiespelers Van dinsdag 16 augustus tot en met vrijdag 19 augustus en van dinsdag 23 augustus tot en met vrijdag 26 augustus worden voetballiefhebbers in de leeftijd van 6 tot en met 14 jaar getraind door gediplomeerde oefenmeesters. Ook de selectiespelers van FC Groningen zullen – net als in eerdere jaren – een dagdeel verschijnen in het voetbalkamp. Behalve alle trainingen en wedstrijden wordt er ook een bezoek gebracht aan het zwembad. Kijkje nemen Belangstellenden zijn tijdens het FC Groningen Voetbalkamp van harte welkom een kijkje te komen nemen op Sportpark Schapendrift in Norg.
