FC Groningen is net als het afgelopen seizoen neergestreken in het Overijsselse Delden. Tot en met zondag verblijft de Trots van het Noorden in het Aparthotel. In Check-in: Delden: volg je de dagelijkse verrichtingen van het team van trainer Dick Lukkien.
Op dag 3 van het trainingskamp in Delden stond er een pittige ochtendtraining op het programma, waarna in de middag de groep wat ruimte kreeg voor spel & vermaak. Er werd volop gepadeld, maar enkele jongens kozen er ook voor om de golfbanen rondom het Aparthotel te ontdekken.
Inmiddels een begrip op het YouTube-kanaal van de Trots van het Noorden: de halfjaarlijkse hoteltours in de verschillende hotels waar FC Groningen verblijft. De presentatie is al in handen geweest van Jan de Boer, Ragnar Oratmangoen, Luciano Valente & Jorg Schreuders, Hidde Jurjus & Joey Pelupessy, en nu is de langstzittende selectiespeler van FC Groningen aan de beurt: Romano Postema. Omdat de FC dit jaar in hetzelfde hotel verblijft als vorig jaar, is het geen normale rondleiding. Er liggen challenges verspreid over het hotel, die de aanvaller moest uitvoeren met behulp van zijn teamgenoten.
