1. Ga naar tickets.fcgroningen.nl (indien je een kaart koopt via een initiatief, ga je naar de desbetreffende link).
2. Log in met je gegevens. Indien je nog geen account hebt aangemaakt, vragen we je om dit te doen. Meer informatie hierover kun je vinden via deze link.
3. Klik op de desbetreffende wedstrijd.
4. Klik op de knop ‘Bestellen’.
5. Vervolgens kun je jouw gewenste vak kiezen. Je kunt kaarten kopen voor meerdere supporters. Hiervoor dienen zij gekoppeld te zijn aan jouw account.
Zijn de andere supporters nog niet gekoppeld? Dit kan via 'Familie/Vrienden Koppelen'. Meer informatie hierover kun je hier vinden.
6. Selecteer de gewenste stoel(en). De kaarten verschijnen in het zwarte blokje aan de rechterkant. Dit zijn de kaarten die je hebt geselecteerd. Via het witte tekstveld kun je de prijscategorie aanpassen (standaard, jongeren en kinderen). Wil je dit bevestigen? Klik dan op ‘Plaats in Winkelwagen’. Je wordt nu doorgestuurd naar de Winkelwagen.
7. Controleer de winkelwagen, ga akkoord met de voorwaarden en klik op ‘Bestelling Afronden’.
8. Je wordt nu doorgestuurd naar de Kassa. Hier kun je jouw bestelling afrekenen op de door jouw gewenste manier. Wanneer dit geslaagd is, is de bestelling voltooid.
9. Je kaart staat binnen twee uur klaar in 'Mijn Bestellingen'. Open de meest recente bestelling door erop te klikken. Nu zie je alle kaarten uit je order. Deze kun je downloaden door op de groene ‘E-ticket’ knop te klikken.
