Komende zaterdag wordt de competitie voor de teams binnen de FC Groningen Opleiding hervat. FC Groningen onder-21, Onder-18, Onder-14 en Onder-12 spelen thuis op Sportpark Corpus den Hoorn. FC Groningen onder-13 reist naar Helmond om het op te nemen tegen Helmond Sport. FC Groningen onder-16 speelt zondag in Rotterdam tegen Excelsior.
Onder-21 Komende zaterdag speelt FC Groningen onder-21 een belangrijke wedstrijd tegen koploper Almere City. Op sportpark Corpus den Hoorn wordt dit duel om 14.30 uur afgetrapt. De ploeg van trainer/coach/manager Sander van Gessel heeft een overwinning nodig om de koploper Almere City in het vizier te houden.
Onder-18 FC Groningen onder-18 neemt het komende zaterdag op tegen ADO Den Haag. Beide ploegen hebben hetzelfde puntenaantal, het team van trainer/coach/manager Melchior Schoenmakers heeft een wedstrijd minder gespeeld. De wedstrijd wordt om 12.30 uur afgetrapt op Sportpark Corpus den Hoorn.
Onder-16 In tegenstelling tot de andere wedstrijden binnen de Opleiding wordt het duel tussen FC Groningen onder-16 en Excelsior gespeeld op zondag. De aftrap is 12 maart om 13.15 uur in Rotterdam. De ploeg van trainer/coach/manager Björn Zwikker staat momenteel op de derde plek met de Rotterdammers in de achtervolging.
Onderbouw FC Groningen onder-14 speelt zaterdag thuis tegen Sparta Rotterdam, deze wedstrijd wordt om 13.00 uur afgetrapt. Onder-13 speelt om 13.00 uur in Helmond tegen Helmond Sport. FC Groningen onder-12 neemt het op tegen FC Volendam. De jongste selectie binnen de Opleiding trapt de voetbalzaterdag op Sportpark Corpus den Hoorn af om 10.30 uur.
