3. Klik op ‘Uitwedstrijden’ in het menu boven de grijze lijn (naast de opties ‘Thuiswedstrijden’, ‘Seizoenkaart’ en ‘ClubCard’.
4. Klik op de knop ‘Bestellen’.
5. Vervolgens kunt u uw gewenste vervoersmiddel kiezen. De verschillende opties hangen af van de verkoopperiode en de beschikbare opties. U kunt kaarten kopen voor meerdere supporters. Hiervoor dienen zij gekoppeld te zijn aan uw account. Wanneer zij gekoppeld zijn én zij hebben aankooprecht dan ziet u rechts in het zwarte blokje ‘Beschikbaar # van # kaarten’.
Zijn de andere supporters nog niet gekoppeld? Dit kan via ‘Familie/Vrienden Koppelen’. Meer informatie hierover kunt u hier vinden.
6. Selecteer achter het vervoersmiddel het aantal kaarten die u aan wilt schaffen. Klik vervolgens op ‘Toevoegen’. De kaarten verschijnen in het zwarte blokje aan de rechterkant. Dit zijn de kaarten die u heeft geselecteerd. Wilt u dit bevestigen? Klik dan op ‘Plaats in Winkelwagen’. U wordt nu doorgestuurd naar de Winkelwagen.
BELANGRIJK! Wanneer u kaarten aanschaft voor meerdere mensen, dus niet alleen voor u zelf, dient u hier de kaarten op de juiste persoon zetten. Standaard worden alle kaarten op naam gezet van de ‘Hoofdboeker’, de persoon die heeft ingelogd met zijn account. Dit kunt u wijzigen door op de naam onder de kaart te klikken. Vervolgens ziet u een drop-menu met alle gekoppelde supporters. Klik hier de juiste supporter aan.
7. Staan alle kaarten op de juiste naam, kloppen de prijzen en heeft u de voorwaarden gelezen? Ga dan akkoord met de voorwaarden en klik op ‘Bestelling Afronden’.
8. U wordt nu doorgestuurd naar de Kassa. Hier kunt u uw bestelling afrekenen op de door u gewenste manier. Wanneer dit geslaagd is, is de bestelling voltooid.
9. Uw kaart staat binnen twee uur klaar in ‘Mijn Bestellingen’. Open de meest recente bestelling door erop te klikken. Nu ziet u alle kaarten uit uw order. Deze kunt u downloaden door op de groene ‘E-ticket’ knop te klikken.
