FC Groningen presenteerde woensdag 17 september tijdens het event De Groen-Witte Aftrap haar nieuwe beleidsvisie voor de komende seizoenen. Het document heeft de titel; De kracht van ons veld.
Alles begint op βons veldβ. Daar strijden onze teams vanaf de eerste selecties tot de jongste jeugd in ons shirt, in onze clubkleuren, voor ons logo, voor onze supporters en voor Stad en Ommeland.
Onneembare vesting Ons veld geeft kracht, passie en energie en dat slaat via onze spelers over op de tribunes. Een plek waar supporters samenkomen, naar elkaar omkijken, zich verenigen en waar zij de extra kracht vormen om onze teams aan successen te helpen. Met elkaar hebben we van Euroborg een onneembare vesting gemaakt.
In de beleidsvisie heeft FC Groningen de doelstellingen voor de komende periode omschreven, net als de kernwaarden (Groei, Aanpakken, Samen, Toegankelijk) en de bouwstenen (Supporters, Maatschappij, Bedrijfsleven en Toekomstbestendige organisatie) van de club.
