FC Groningen wil talentvolle spelers in het eigen verzorgingsgebied de kans geven om zich te ontwikkelen als voetballer en mens binnen de Opleiding van FC Groningen. Voor het in kaart brengen van de in potentie meest talentvolle spelers binnen het verzorgingsgebied, bezoeken onze scouts jeugdwedstrijden bij de amateurverenigingen. FC Groningen zoekt enthousiaste voetballiefhebbers, die affiniteit met het jeugdvoetbal hebben en zich betrokken voelen bij de club FC Groningen.
Heb jij oog voor voetbaltalent? Wil jij die kennis inzetten bij FC Groningen? En kun je aan onderstaande eisen voor de functie jeugdscout voldoen? Dan is dit de kans om je aan te sluiten bij de scouting van FC Groningen!
Wij vragen * Beschikbaarheid op (minimaal) de zaterdagen, * Het scouten vanuit je eigen regio/woonplaats (Drenthe/Groningen/Friesland), * Pro actief contact met o.a. Hoofd Jeugdscouting, coördinator scouting Onderbouw en de amateurclubs in jouw regio, * Aanwezig zijn bij het maandelijkse scoutingoverleg, waarbij we kennis delen en ontwikkelen, * Je bent op de hoogte van relevante thema’s omtrent talenherkenning, * Discreet en zelfstandig kunnen werken, * Beschikken over goede digitale-, sociale- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Wat bieden wij? * Twee seizoenkaarten voor het bezoek van de thuiswedstrijden van FC Groningen, * Een reiskostenvergoeding voor de gemaakte kilometers, * Diverse themabijeenkomsten op het gebied van jeugdscouting, * Tweejaarlijkse vrijwilligersavond.
