De betaaldvoetbalclubs in Nederland en de KNVB hebben recentelijk het initiatief genomen om de zwarthandel in toegangskaarten voor voetbalwedstrijden fors te verminderen. De afgelopen periode hebben de betaaldvoetbalclubs herhaaldelijk te maken gehad met de negatieve gevolgen van het doorverkopen van toegangskaarten voor voetbalwedstrijden. We gaan ons er samen voor inzetten om dit tegen te gaan.
De volgende zaken zijn aan de orde:
Het publiek denkt te maken te hebben met door de clubs geautoriseerde verkooporganisaties, terwijl dit niet het geval is. De prijs voor een toegangskaart is verhoogd met een enorme toeslag. Op het moment dat de supporter de toegangskaart ontvangt, dan wordt de officiële (netto) prijs duidelijk en krijgt de club hier vragen over. De clubs kunnen hier echter niets aan doen.
Het toepassen van aankooprechten leidt er toe dat supporters van de thuis- en uitclub op aparte gedeelten in het stadion de wedstrijd meemaken. Deze scheiding loopt door de forse toename van zwarthandel fors gevaar. De veiligheid van bezoekers neemt hierdoor af.
Personen die toegangskaarten overdragen (geven of verkopen) aan organisaties die de toegangskaarten vervolgens tegen een forse meerprijs weer op de markt brengen, zijn in overtreding met de standaardvoorwaarden van de KNVB. Zij lopen daarmee het risico om een stadionverbod voor een periode van 18 maanden te krijgen en € 450,- boete.
Alleen als je tickets koopt bij de formele en erkende verkoopkanalen, dus de officiële website van de club, aan de stadionkassa of via een TicketBox-verkooppunt, weet je zeker dat je geen risico loopt om teveel te betalen of zelfs geblokkeerde tickets te krijgen.
