StartFest – 3.500 bezoekers ontdekken talenten in Euroborg.

Op donderdag 25 januari 2024 was het stadion van FC Groningen het toneel voor de eerste editie van StartFest, het grootste werk- en ontwikkelevenement van Noord-Nederland. Meer dan 3.500 bezoekers bezochten Euroborg om kennis te maken met nieuwe mogelijkheden op het gebied van werk, opleiding en ontwikkeling.

Euroborg als podium voor groei
StartFest bracht de regio bij elkaar. In de vertrouwde omgeving van het stadion gingen zo’n 90 opleiders, ondernemers en brancheorganisaties in gesprek met bezoekers uit de hele provincie en Noord-Drenthe. De organisatie koos bewust voor Euroborg vanwege de centrale ligging, goede bereikbaarheid en de praktische ondersteuning van Euroborg Horeca & Events.
Het eventteam hielp bij het stroomlijnen van de bezoekersstromen, het inrichten van de ruimtes en het bieden van faciliteiten zoals catering, ontvangst en technische ondersteuning. Met succes: ruim 30% van de bezoekers ging naar huis met een vervolgafspraak.
In festivalsfeer talenten ontdekken
Het evenement had een laagdrempelig en feestelijk karakter. Door middel van doe-activiteiten konden bezoekers letterlijk ervaren waar hun talenten lagen. Zo kon men lassen, met graafmachines werken of een VR-rit door Groningen maken. Daarnaast was er ruimte voor workshops, digitale tests en ontspanning bij onder andere straattheater en stylingsadvies.
