Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij kondigt met trots een maatschappelijk partnership aan met USG Restart, een toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van re-integratie en arbeidsbemiddeling. De twee organisaties zijn al geruime tijd aan elkaar verbonden en maken de samenwerking nu officieel. Dit partnership stelt Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij in staat om een nog grotere impact te realiseren binnen het beweegprogramma Sociale Activering.
Het programma Sociale Activering is speciaal ontwikkeld om mensen te helpen die moeite hebben met het vinden van werk en/of een opleiding en het behouden van een gestructureerd levensritme. Naast intensieve begeleiding worden er diverse activiteiten aangeboden, met als doel om de deelnemers voor te bereiden op een baan. Een groep deelnemers wordt zes maanden begeleid.
Waardevolle combinatie Het programma kan levens op een zeer tastbare en concrete manier veranderen. Het gezamenlijke doel van USG Restart en Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij is om mensen een betere toekomst te bieden en hen te helpen hun volledige potentieel te benutten. Iedereen heeft recht op een zinvolle carrière en kan een bijdrage leveren aan de samenleving, ongeacht de obstakels die er moeten worden overwonnen. Door de intensievere samenwerking wordt door de beide partners nog verder ingezet op meer bewegen in combinatie met persoonlijke groei. De samenwerking tussen Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij en USG Restart brengt een waardevolle combinatie van krachten met zich mee. Terwijl USG Restart haar uitgebreide expertise op het gebied van re-integratie en arbeidsbemiddeling inbrengt, voegt FC Groningen in de Maatschappij het sterke lokale netwerk, faciliteiten en sportieve inspiratie toe. Dit wordt weerspiegeld in de gezamenlijke bijeenkomsten die er worden georganiseerd. Herman Rozema, operationeel manager van USG Restart, benadrukt het belang van dit partnership: “We zijn verheugd om samen te werken met Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij en hun Sociale Activeringsprogramma te ondersteunen.”
Sociale activeringsprogramma Binnen het programma worden diverse activiteiten en begeleiding aangeboden om de deelnemers te ondersteunen bij hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Dit omvat onder andere (voetbal)trainingen, workshops en sportieve activiteiten die gericht zijn op het opbouwen van zelfvertrouwen, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe vaardigheden en het stimuleren van persoonlijke groei. Gedurende het programma worden de deelnemers geactiveerd en handvatten aangereikt om weer een stap in de juiste richting te zetten. De deelnemers inspireren elkaar, tonen respect en zetten zowel op als buiten het voetbalveld stappen in het ontwikkelen van teamspirit, hun eigen talent en sociale vaardigheden.
