Bijeenkomst: Talentidentificatie en Indelingsbeleid.
Ieder kind is uniek, en ontwikkelt zich op zijn of haar eigen wijze. Wij nemen jullie mee in de (grillige) ontwikkeling van kinderen, en items waar je rekening mee kunt houden als het gaat om het herkennen van kinderen hun ontwikkeling. Vanuit die kennis gaan we kijken wat dit voor jullie als vereniging betekent. Wat zijn criteria waarop je teams indeelt? Hoe ziet vervolgens dit proces er uit, en hoe wordt hierover gecommuniceerd? De theoretische inzichten gekoppeld met direct nadenken over een praktische zaken zorgen er voor dat jullie met de vereniging weer kunnen groeien op het gebied van teamindelingen.
Op de volgende locaties en data zal de bijeenkomst plaatsvinden en starten om 19:30 uur:

Deze bijeenkomst zal voornamelijk gericht zijn op hoofdopleidingen en (technisch) jeugdkaderleden, maar bestuurders en talentvolle trainers zijn indien geïnteresseerd ook welkom.
